No returns or exchanges once a transaction is completed. 

Turnaround time from the purchase of a "customize an order" takes 5-7 business days and not including weekends/holidays. 

Tumblers are handmade, so minor imperfections may be visible. I do pride myself on being a perfectionist, and will inspect each tumbler.

Once a tumbler is shipped and has been provided a tracking number, I am no longer responsible. I can help with the tracking if needed. 

Please keep in mind, I am a stay-at-home mother to two children. I am a mother first, and business after. Life can get very busy. With that being said, if something arises, I will always try my best to communicate. 

Please allow 1-2 days for a response should you have any questions or concerns. 

There will be certain times throughout the year when I only accept a limited amount of custom orders. These will have a 3-4 week turnaround time, as I do not work on the weekends.
